Who is this session for?
Celestial Sound Healing Sessions with crystal alchemy singing bowls and Tibetan singing bowls allow your body to relax at a deeper level than it has ever relaxed before. As your body relaxes into the sound, healing happens at the holographic level as each cell of your body is raised to its highest vibration.
How does sound healing benefit the body?
Our bodies are energy; not solid masses, but rapidly vibrating molecules. Sound is a direct path to healing the body. This form of healing can raise the vibratory frequency of our bodies by clearing physical and emotional illness and ailments with the creative vibration of Spirit. It also assists in releasing the underlying behavioral patterning and thinking which manifests disease. Sound moves to the parts of our body that are not in tune and allows the body to return to its natural frequency and rhythm.
What is a session like?
I have a welcoming treatment room in my home. We’ll chat a bit before beginning your session. My treatment room is a “no judgment zone” and everything we discuss is completely confidential. After chatting, you’ll relax, fully clothed and face up, on a far-infrared amethyst biomat on my massage table.
We’ll begin your session with a meditation, as I play the singing bowls light and low. The intensity of the singing bowls will gradually increase to levels that are perfect for your body. I may aid the singing bowls with vocal toning to further enhance the healing effect. I may place crystals around your body or use crystal color sprays during your session.
The crystals and sound will help you better respond to the stressors of life, restore calm to the nervous system, improve immune functions, and raise your cells to their highest vibration.
After your session, you’ll gently sit up and drink some water while we chat about how you feel.
How often should I have a session?
As often as your body would like! We can set up regular sessions weekly, monthly or seasonally. I offer packages for clients who would like regular sessions.
