Crystal healing sessions are wonderful for anyone seeking balance and deep relaxation. You will particularly love a session if you’re seeking deeper communion and healing with crystals and Mother Earth energy.
What is a session like?
I’ll check your energy centers with a pendulum and will then place crystals and mini-crystal grids on and around your body. We begin with a meditation to open up a column of light through the center of your body to enhance energy flow during your session.
During your session, I may move the crystals around to optimize healing and balance of your energy centers. The specific placement of crystals is designed to bring all your energy centers and your etheric field to your highest vibration promoting peace, calm, stress-reduction, relaxation and healing.
How often should I have a session?
As often as your body would like! We can set up regular sessions weekly, monthly or seasonally. I offer packages for clients who would like regular sessions.
